Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations

We know that the best learning takes place in a safe, clean, and cared-for environment, and our operations department makes this possible. Whether they’re providing maintenance on our air conditioning system, cleaning our classrooms, or working on the grounds, the members of this department know what it takes to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Use of Facilities

The school facilities in West Covina belong to the community. Members of the community may use the facilities for non-profit activities that do not interfere with school-sponsored events. In order to use our facilities, please complete the application at the side of this page and note the following:

  • Use of school facilities is fee-based and considered “rent.”
  • Rental is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Organizations must supply/prove their own insurance.
  • Custodial, equipment, and nutrition services require separate rental fees.
