Professional Development and Teacher Support

Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment is a state-funded induction program designed to support new teachers and fulfill their requirements for California credentials. If you are a full-time teacher in your first or second year, we invite you to register for this program with our BTSA director, Sandy Beller.
In an effort to further support teachers as life-long learners, West Covina Unified School District offers a variety of practical workshops with personalized support. Participants will learn:

WCUSD maintains many records relating to students, employees, contracts, and the business of the district. Some of the records are confidential. Other records, considered public, are available upon request and sometimes for a copying fee. The public may request specific records by following the procedures outlined in our board policy and administrative regulation, Access to District Records. To request records, please submit a public records request form or letter naming the specific records requested.
